What build? what budget? What are you trying to do with the character? what gear do you have now?

You can't just get a list of "best gear" and blindly buy the gear, and end up making good use of your resources. You need to understand why the gear is recommended and how to prioritize it... There isn't even any set of "best gear" for mechanic, or any other class. Most gear in RO is situational.

Hurricane Fury. And Gear dependent on the area in which you are leveling.
Also u could use BSB and Shacs to do more dmg. But in terms of lvling Arm cannon is better to me personally because you dont miss because of lack of hit and also it does more dmg i believe because Pile Bunker strong weapon which doesnt work with Axe Tornado

You later edited in the information I requested, and now accuse me of not reading your post and "spewing obviousness"?

That's not the way to treat people who you want help from.

Hurricane fury with 2x FS enchant, +9 immune HBP (or DR, if you can afford it and you won't get vaporized by the added elemental damage - in most cases in leveling you can get away with DR if you have the right armor), variants (or BSB +shackle set depending on whether you need the hp/sp or damage more - I'd suspect that doing axe tornado, hence not having shield, you'd benefit more from ). Elemental armors appropriate for the map you're leveling on (you need water/fire/shadow). Pencil in mouth if not hitting 100%, otherwise pirate dagger. BDM or pollution glasses on mid. Not sure what the best headgear is. There are way too many to keep track of.

Level in the gramps TI when possible, it's much better than the alternatives.
