I have BGM and Sound effects on and I'm still not hearing anything but the default town music when interacting with Booboo. Am I doing something wrong?

/effect may need to be off too.
It's entirely possible the quest broke at some point, too. Nobody ever does that quest, so it wouldn't be immediately noticed.
