Returning Player last time was about 2 years ago. So I am reading about this turn in thing and I see its from level 70 to 100 but the monsters are lvl 98 and 97.? So is this like the old Ice Titan turn in where you jump into a huge party and just have to see the kill to get it?

Tried the search function epically failed.

Yep, same thing. Just speak with gramps and accept the quest(s), enter the map, and find a party.
