I really want to upgrade an item to 7 but i need to ask, if i use a safe to 7 certificate and fail do i have to use another cert to still be safe or is it like mighty hammer where even failing to upgrade you can continue without breaking on one ticket?

high luk stat does not increase your chances of success

luk does not mean luck. it will not improve your refinement success rate in any way.
