Ive played plenty of online games in the past, and i know i played Ragnarok online a while back, but i have to wait?
I looked on the site and looked it up on google, but i still have no answers.
Its telling me that i have to wait till 12/31. I try and click ok to start the game with a character, but it won't work.
Any help?

Greetings please click "cancel" then you will be be able to login with the character.

That's still a bug? You know that not being able to play any character when you first log into RO will deter the vast majority of players. Either they'll think they need a subscription and were lied to, or they'll think the game is so bugged you can't even log in.

But this new feature is actually pretty good to prevent botter from making tons of bots in novice ground
