Currently level 80 where would be the best place to level at? Metalings or Clock tower?

It's really a matter of taste.

Bow Stalkers/Casters tend to be better for PvP/WoE Situations because of their higher dex/vit. They can divest, which is great because Rogues are more of a Saboteur-type of class. In renewal I believe Shadow Chasers get a bow skill, also.

A Gank/Backstab Stalker is great for making money and PvM. You don't see them very much in WoE, but they can be made to work. You wouldn't be on the front lines or anything, but Hiding and Backstabbing is a great way to annoy people! If you end up in a 1 on 1 fight, it works really well if your quick and have access to an ice pick, since most people who WoE have higher vit. I've also had success using Sightless Mind around a crowded Emp, blinding and stunning people, even if just for a little while.
