It's bugged at the moment, missing the second NPC.How does the Bio4 quest work?I talked to the guy outside the sewer who asked me to investigate the lab.I went into the bio4 quest map but it's empty.I have no idea what to do...
Seems like nobody did so guess I should send a ticket in...
