I'm a bit confused about how to get a third class. I want to become a sura. I know that doing novice -> acolyte -> monk -> sura is not good because you don't get the bonuses of transcending.
So the best path to become a sura would be : novice -> acolyte -> monk -> high novice -> acolyte -> champion -> sura ?
Or is it : novice -> acolyte -> monk -> high novice -> acolyte -> monk -> champion -> sura ?
I'm sorry for the newbie question. I just wanna make sure that I don't mess up my character.

Novice -> Acolyte -> Monk -> High Novice -> High Acolyte -> Champion -> Sura

you can't really mess up unless you skip trans, once you choose monk your Sura path is set.

Novice -J10-> First Class (ex: aco) --J40+--> Second Class (ex, monk) --lvl 99/50--> High Novice -J10-> High First Class (ex: high acolyte) --J50*--> High/trans Second Class (ex: Champion) --lvl 99/70**--> Third Job (ex: Sura)

* You can change to trans second class at j40+, but you don't want to; you can never get those skill points back.
** You can change to third job at 99/50+, but you don't want to; you can never get those skill points back.
