Pretty sure that as long as you get that character to level 10 the name is yours for 60 days. No matter if it's 1 or two.

It seems that it is only one character name per account.

"If you reach level 10 during the beta on 1 character that name will be available to you alone for 60 days after our launch." - The 1 character part of that sentence was prolly just being used as an example, unless you can only have 1 chara per account o.oa But seriously, what if someone has 2 lvl10s on one account? How would they know which to save? Makes way more sense lol

I'm pretty sure its every character to level 10, no matter how many are on the account.

Well, they'd probably go by which one got level 10 first.
This was how it was on the other betas, from what I remember. Only one character name was reserved, and was whatever one you got to a certain level first. Then when the game was released, when you went to make a character, it asked if you wanted to use that name.

Your highest level character, over level 10, will have their name saved upon launch. Only you will be able to register that name for the first 60 days after launch. If you do not register the name, it becomes available after the 60 days.
They probably updated it. So I think it's safe to assume that it's one character who's name is saved-- probably to try and prevent mass amounts of name hoarding.
(Also; @Ryleigh, nice Harold. <3)

Yes, there seems to be confusion about this rule in the forums.
To clarify, it will be the highest level character on your account, so yes, one name per account. If you end up leveling all of your characters, it will be whomever you reached level 35 (the level cap on the beta) FIRST.
Hope that clears everything up!

Also can we get a confirmation on the requirements, just getting level 10 is fine?
if dont get 10 lvl IGN dont reserved right?
Part of the Facebook contest was that if the page got a certain amount of "likes", everyone could keep a character name no matter what level they are. Here's a quote from the event:
For our first stage, we decided that if we got 15,000 followers, we would allow ALL beta players to retain their character names after the beta is over, so that they can continue to adventure in Midgard with their preferred name. And guess what? We already reached it! Congratulations!
However I would still recommend leveling to 10 just to be safe.
One more question: Will the character with the reserved name just be reset to level 1? Or will I be able to customize my reserved name's character freely due to the name ACTUALLY being bound to my account?
The way it worked on the other countries' betas was like this:
You got a character whose name you want to reserve. You meet the level requirements of the reserve. Then all character data is wiped after the beta. You will have to make the character again, but a box will come up saying you have a name reserved and it will ask if you want to use it. If you select yes, that name is applied to that character.
I assume it will work the same way.
