I heard rumors and I want to be 100 % sure will there be a whipe after OBT ? Just want to know it know so I dont waste time leveling to 35 and then have to redo it all over cuz I hate to redo stuff.

There will be a wipe. If you make if to level 10 or your highest level character - You keep your character's name saved on your account just for you for 60 days. I have heard if you make it to 25 you get some rewards in live.

Yes there will be a wipe. Names will be reserved from the highest level character on your account, but you will not keep any of the characters themselves.

No wipes on or after OBT (Open Beta). However after CBT(Close Beta), which is our current beta phase, there will be a wipe.
We're currently in open beta, there is no closed beta. But there will still be a wipe. See here.
