In the renewal we currently have, it seems that the freezing % of Storm Gust is something like:
- 25% chance to freeze at Level 1
...
- 70% chance to freeze at Level 10
In my opinion this doesn't make a lot of sense, since you usually want to use a fast level 1 SG to freeze and a level 10 SG that deals multiple strikes before freezing. This makes SG not much effective against mobs that freezes (that are wide part of the total).
According to this kRO maintenance note posted on iRO Wiki, on September 15th it has been changed on kRO Sakray to be:
- 70% chance to freeze at Level 1
...
- 25% chance to freeze at Level 10
That sounds much more reasonable and it would be extremely nice to have it implemented as well on iRO ASAP.
I know this is not affecting PVP much (due to the status immunity), but makes a big difference in PvM.
Same applies to the change to Safety Wall discussed here. (I still haven't tested which SW version we have on iRO, so maybe it's already fixed).
