I truly hope it is a patch since we already got everything installed. I'm not sure though if we are getting new voice files for NPCS and what not.

They said they're gonna have some voice overs so i'm guessing we're getting a bunch of new voice files.

I hope for a patch, too. I don't want to download a whole new client (again @.@). Patch per updater or manual patch please ^^

They always patch it if im right they add LOADS! of stuff, so it takes awhile~ o.o

Just don't release the Client/patch 3 hours before the official launch. Because i don't wanna download it at 24kb/s.

For purposes of client stability it may be more intuitive to have a new, fresh client to download.

You may try the following IP. The game servers are likely either going to be where their web server is or at a collocation center near Marina del Rey, California.

245 ms average is not bad for a non-fastpath adsl user from europe
