Hey, Midgardians!

Heimdallr and Alteris will be running the live Ragnarok 2 Q&A tomorrow on our Twitch.tv channel (http://www.twitch.tv/warpportal). We have been collecting your questions from the Ragnarok 2 Facebook and forums, and hopefully will be able to answer many of them.

Make sure to head over to Twitch.tv ahead of time to register an account if you haven’t already, so that you will be able to participate when we go live.

We expect to start the live stream at 3pm PDT on Friday, 4/26/13.

While I know you're limited in what you can say, please try and answer the 'good' questions instead of the ones we already know the answer to. I'd be ok with "We can't say atm" or similar if you can't. Just don't let the whole thing be confirming WoE and Noels are coming.

Yup. He moved to Warpportal after he left Nexon, and was CM for Requiem soon after getting hired. It'd be interesting if he became one of our CMs here at RO2. Not that I don't like Njoror (he's awesome), but more is always the merrier!

That's amazing. Gravity USA is doing a wonderful job combining my favorite CMs/GMs into one publisher platform. My feels continue to be restored for you Warpportal.

I have some questions which needs to be answered confidentially on live stream:

1. Why do you call the game as IRO2 if your going to block some countries which in turn it destroys the meaning of being "international" ? In IRO1, everyone can play wherever we live even through that they have their own servers.

2. Some of them has been reported that their WP accounts has been blocked just for playing IRO2, what is the purpose of blocking them where they will get their servers in either months or a year since they didn't cheat nor gain unfair advantages over normal players?. They only play for enjoyment. Did you know these players can earn you more money for your profit to keep the servers live as long as you keep them happy with healthy management.

3. About these blocked accounts they have, what are you going to do if their accounts contains a LOT of WPE/RO2 Cash?. You can't just block them since they spend REAL money in this game and thus supporting your management

1.) Internatinonal only means they have to offer the game to two other countries out side their borders, which would be :

Those are 43 countries broken up in to 3 "geographical" regions just in the same continental area. It would be disrespectful to some in the area to call them selfs "North American" so they call them selves Caribbean or Latinos/Central Americans. So instead of playing along with the political bantering of what the areas should be called, International is the safest term to use since it covers a large portion of countries and languages in our small part of the world.



2.) Due to licening with companies that already sell RO1 in their local area, it gives them first dips on the areas player base. This idea of restricted access to an area is commonly found in Franchises like Jimmy Johns and Subway. Where the frist store to open in certain area or zip code has the right to deny access to new stores opening up or request a cut of the profits for 2 to 3 years. So Level Up Games in Brasil has the right to gain the largest return on investment with out the fan base shattering off and joining Gravity US. Now thats nice to hear that we have a large fan base out of the North American area, but with all due respect (which is quite little) for the companies that offer the game in your area they again have the right to make their money back off the licensing. However if you want to play RO LOTS (North American/International) then use the VPN WTFast, its more likely than not offered in your area of the world AND they have a 14 day trail so you can test it to see if it's a good fit for you. This is a independent 3rd party service that has no say over the RO2 Licensing and region restrictions.

We have 43 counties in North America which is the region that Gravity US offers services too and there are VPN services for those who which to play in Region blocked areas of the world.
