What do you mean? The rates are the same as chaos but there's NPC's to level you and lunatics spawn in pront that give you like 10 mil exp per kill. Leveling is not a problem there. As far as I know there is no maintenance for it, it just gets up dated when there's new content to be tested. WoE still works on it however....
