i hope the damn hackshield error get fixed so we can all log in is pretty damn serious when you have this kind of issue on launch day

hmm not THAT bad. ive beta'd and attended launch for several MMO's over the years - and 0% of them went off without a hitch and periodic downtime

They are working on this critical issue, and so the best we can do -as far as I know - is wait it out. Im hoping it wont be TOO much longer for them to fix this.

it seems like this isnt the only version where this error happens to RO2. the playpark version is also having the same issues

sigh, wake up to start and find that RO2 has ended before I even started.....


on a side note, I could find that other games had similar issues with hackshield, and a minor fix was to manual add the hackshield patch server address.

hope all get sorted so i can start when i get back from work.

Getting to actually *play* the game aside, I'm looking most forward to playing as a priest and leveling up with my brother! Playing with others makes any game fun. And I like playing as healer.

Just kick away hackshield.
It's a shi... program who prevent honnest player to connect, finding illegal program when you run an antivirus (bitdefender) but who let every single cheater enter the games........

Challenging raids (not overtuned), skill timer change such as res (not asking for a 3min cooldown, 10min should be enough), WoE.

I finally got the hackshield to work, and realized i didnt even have a RO2 account created, the servers must be bogged down. It wont let me create one? Not sure if thats it or not..

O_o WTH, I change the MD5filelist.txt from read only to normal and delete the md5filelist.txt_temp and was able to run the hackshield
