Alright here's my question

Lets say you have the morpheus equipment set and are getting the 25% increase in cast time.

Now lets say you equip Orleans gown which gives a 15% increase to cast time.

Both offer uninterruptable cast. My question is if you would put both on, does one override the other or do they stack thus increasing cast time by 40%?

if they override, is it the highest that takes effect, or the lowest or does it depend on order you equip them?

The cast time increase should stack.

If you have both on and then remove one it's fairly likely you will lose the uninterrupted cast.

They stack. Same with + and - effects. If you managed to get -100% variable cast time reduction from gear but also wear an orleans gown you'd actually have 15% cast time.
