I really do hope it's just something that went wrong and is easily fixable. It's almost like the server isn't sending or receiving data correctly.

I was able to login right now but still had the issue of not being able to mine rocks until I switched to channel 3

That error appears when you're in a country that is not supported by iRO. Or at least that's the trend I've noticed.

GM in-game just gave an ETA of 30 mins or so for fixing the issues

We are well aware of the issues occurring (items not being looted, quest items being lost, etc) and yes, they are currently being looked into.

A server restart will be required and the issue will be fixed with an estimated time of 30 minutes. Your patience is greatly appreciated.

Not suprising that this happened again. They did only say yesterday that it was a patch for now till Tuesday when they put a real maint patch for this. But at least they are learning their issues now rather than later on.

This isn't good at all, at this vital stage in the games life they need things to go well or they risk losing a ton of the player base thus losing possible income.
