You can party any time, you need too honestly, it takes too long for us FS to level because of our level 1 skill.
Ask people around you if they can party up.

is done. Keep the party alive as the other members bite more monsters than they can chew. It would be much faster that way but mana draining so bring a fair amount of blue pots.

A few tips:
-Stick to Channel 1, it has the highest population so more chances for you to find a partner.
-State to the people that you are a full support and that you need help, some people assume you are a dps priest sometimes that just want to leech.
-Find a bunch of partners and befriend them, always useful to have a bunch of options to level along with you when you log-in.
-Getting a guild helps sometimes, but you will need one organized enough that clearly knows the fact that helping the full supports to level IS important.
As far as dungeons goes, once you hit Payon people will bite each other heads to have you in their parties, priests are currently in high demand, specially on the early 40s atm.

As a FS I must say my build worked beautifully for my team in wolves cave.
Partying at dungeons is a must. Every enemy is hostile.

So just fairly slow leveling until party range. Mashing asperio and HL is starting to get boring.
well outside from dungeons, there is nothing to do for an FS,
instead of using renovatio sometimes
FS just is fun inside dungeons where u need to heal
