I got 3 empty bags,, but I keep receiving your bags are full when mining and no loot from mobs. Really disrupting the game play. Please help ASAP

I'm having the same problem - monsters not dropping loot, and when I got to gather instead it says I have no space in my bags... even though I have an entire empty medium bag and half of another one empty.
