ive just made my characters and no matter what i do i cannot move on any of them i log out and back in still unable to move how is this problem fixed?

You move with mouse or keyboard?
Sometimes when you switch screens (if you play full screen) the game doesn't recognize when you press a key.
I fix it by changing several times between the screens until it recognizes my keyboard.
If you try to move with your mouse and it doesn’t work, then, I don’t have idea on what could it be.

problem fix just had to unblock it in constant guard.
