Warpportal MUST have some kind of other method of contacting them?
I submitted a ticked related to a error in redeeming a card where i didn't get $20 worth of points that I SHOULD HAVE.
I've been reading around and it seems they are getting around to related tickets like this and i want the damn points i paid for so, if anyone knows a way i can get this fixed faster please do tell because i DO NOT want to wait a week or 2 for them to get around to giving my what i PAID for.
