I did a search on the forums, for Card Album Clock and it turned up nothing.

so what does it mean when I open my bags and it shows the Card album flashing, and then when I open it, on the tab of my card collection it has an alarm clock icon and it looks like it's going off. I didn't get any kind of message.

I supose that it is close to end the period. The Card Album is a gift with 10 days to live. You have to pay for renew it for 30 days more (with real money).

You can still remove cards from the album, you just can't put anything else in.
