I want to get to know how Card Synthesis works. I understand the basics of you get 5 cards and put them in with a stone and with the pay stone you cant loss but other then that I dont understand how the card which gets normal + is picked from your 5 cards. Is this entirely at random or is it a specific spot? Do card levels play any part in this process? Basically any info would be appericated.

I've searched a bit about this. When you use 5 cards without the cash shop stone the card that comes out is chosen randomly from those. If Card Synthesis fails, all cards are destroyed. If you use the cash shop stone you can choose wich card to upgrade and, if it fails, that card will not be destroyed. Cards below lvl 10 can only help you upgrade to Normal+ while anything above that lvl has a different upgrade path, they can either become normal+ or blue quality. "+" Cards can't be upgraded.

Something I find funny is it keeps talking about combining different cards, what happens if they're of the same kind/ the same?

I think the card you get when combining is supposed to be of a greater rank than the lowest you used

I think you can't use the same race cards, you can't combine 2 poring types or 2 merman/mermaid cards despite they has different stat...

I have not found the "Card Designated Synthesis" item in cash shop or in AH. Is it actually exists in game?

Probably not implemented yet.
And yeah you can't stack 2 of the same card, needs to be 5 different cards

You cant combine the same cards. It was something I tried at first when they give you 3 begginer cards. According to the guide without the specal item it is a random of the 5 though if rank matters it would be good to know.
