So I made an account to play RO2 recently and that's fine and all, and then decided to join up on the forums to be a part of the community but you guys REALLY do not make it easy, I have a nickname that is a whole bunch of random numbers and for whatever reason I'm not allowed to change it without sending in a ticket.

The other bizarre thing is the fact I can't change my gender either, which is minor but it's very annoying when so many parts of your account cannot seemingly be changed by you alone, and I don't understand why it could possibly be like that, it just seems completely inefficiant.

I'm hoping someone who takes care of these things gets to look at some of these threads.


And with that, I'm going to send in my tickets.
