i read people talking about her builds and both i see are pro Arrow vulcan or pro Falcon assault.

Why no one did a dual?
All want max or near Wind walk but in my opinion this isn't a big advantage in pve.
U cant run away in pve if dont want reset the mob, u lose time and %dps spending points in this instead of others principal skills.

People get Wind Walk for the Haste Rate increase (Coupled with Fear breeze), not to mention Movement speed is supreme in Colliseum and PvP, so it is a staple skill for both PvP and PvE in my opinion. The skill of choice between FA and AV ends up being in what your focus is apparently, FA for pvp, AV for DPS raiding.

Edit:
In that build I'd take Sharpshoot to 3 instead of Poison Arrow to 3.
