What kind of scrolls are you referring to? If you mean exp scrolls then technically yes you can potentially get it from colo, but it's a lottery system from a box you receive for advancing in rounds. It's not a 100% guarantee.

If you mean crafting scrolls I haven't seen them yet, but I've never won.
