How can i achieve it without gods and rwc rings or is it even possible? Ive just gotten back into leveling my genetic and instant cast would make leveling so much easier.

CC is fully variable cast time, so you can either get around -50% cast reduction from others (weap malango enchant -20%, KK card -12%, Dark Illusion -10%, Arch angel wing -8%) + strings you can get instant cast. This is without RWC pendants.

Otherwise you can only do stat-wise instant cast, which you need incredible amount of DEX and INT to achieve - highly unlikely for any kind of gene build.

The simple way is get 90+ int and 90+ dex, job level 50 + sleps and mjolnir, the hard way is feeding yourself with lots of dex and int foods + other buffs(like bless) or use variable cast reduction gears( CoD etc etc) also strings would help alot if you can't supply yourself with the right gears or stat foods.

You'll either be reliant on strings, or will have to dish out a lot of cash for foods and KP scrolls, although with the latter you will need enchanted RWC.

dex*2+int=530 and you'll be insta or like micheal said, 50%~ in variable reduction + strings.

Pretty much, that's it IMHO if you are going to use RTE

I've also heard that the recent giveaways of Valkryie Randgris Helm enables you have much casting speed, though that only works for fixed cast time anyway.

I don't think 100% reduc is possible without RWC accessories.

For the price difference between +12 CoD and +9, you could buy a rally box and some WPE to fund enchanting it, and end up with more cast reduc....
