I see that you can buy a character name change in the kafra shop for 800KP. Does this work?

If so, why would anyone use the name change service through the warp portal website, looks like that one costs 1300WP. Just curious about why the service has a price difference depending on where its purchased at and if both services do the same thing? Is the warp portal website name change service simply outdated/obsolete now?

The name change service is for the classic server as the name change coupon does not work there.
