Do sword guardians increase the dmg more than those Valk/TG Violetfears?

yes, but sword guardian only works with Bowling Bash, randgris and Turtle General works all skills except dragon breath obviously

Ok, I gues my new RK (lvl 133) is now a good full DB build. (52k hp/2.5k sp with Mora gear).

My Old RK (lvl 150) will become BB/IB Build then. I have to try this

While I do understand the frustration with Bowling Bash, With some practice it is the fastest leveling skill until 3rd class. I still say the best part about Ignition Break is the fact that you can do BBs between IBs while it's on cooldown. If you were killing anything that takes more than one IB to kill, and you could only use one skill to kill the mob, Bowling Bash would kill it faster. Of course we have both skills available and using them together is even better.

Once an LK, we have a spammable endure in the form of Spear Dynamo so positioning mobs for BB really was not an issue for me. Gutter lines are the only downside to Bowling Bash, but it is a very frustrating con if you are inexperienced with the skill. Knowing about RCX before would've made me love the skill more.

I used Brandish Spear briefly and was not a big fan of it. Most likely it was because I am a sucker for damage, and like Leon said, BB is the highest DPS AoE skill until 3rd class. It is also one of the most versatile (Usable with any weapon and element). I was a BB/IB LK/RK until 135 (without RCX), and then specced DB. Seeing how I don't WoE and have 2 other classes that kill ghost MVPs faster (Gen/Mech), I will be speccing back to BB/IB. It is just more fun for me.

the fact that you need third party software just to even use the skill makes it a complete joke. gravity shouldve implemented a fix years ago for this spell to make it easier to use. like i said though, its not even just the aiming of the spell thats broken, its the fact that if you get hit lagged, youre done for. how are you gonna get out of a mob of 20+ monsters when youre endure effect instantly cancels itself from taking so many hits?

in terms of the best mechanics:

magnum break > brandish spear > dragon breath > ignition break > bowling bash


why in gods name they decided to come up with 5 completely different aiming systems baffles me. its just sad how user unfriendly this spell is, because it has so much potential to be awesome

Man screw you bro, you're just underestimating rune knights, why wiuld you to db at a lower level, also why take brandish spear, it has lower damage you dumb trash, bowling bash is more effective even without swordguardian cards, such as valk randgris and turtle general, you might have lower dex you crappy crap, have higher dex, try to practice, for example, if I couls have a picture, I'm a Lord Knight, if I had a toy sword, id use it, I use a bamboo as a spear, in real life, then try to range the gutter linrs to my sight, I haven't got a problem with bowling bash, you ain't fit for a rune knight, I bet you're just built as a fail ranger or warlock dude, if you have passion, you can be able to do it, many were leveling with ignition break and bowling bash. ive tried so many times to give this spell a chance and it just fails to deliver 90% of the time.

-cannot be used if mobbed (which is 100% what being a knight is about)
-hitlag/position lag almost completely disables this spell
-high SP cost
-sometimes doesnt even hit the target directly in front of you that youre aiming at, or doesnt show any dmg for a direct hit

seriously its such a worthless spell it blows my mind how its still this broken after this many years. they should change the aiming direction on it to work like Magnum break.
