Relog is not helped.
Cant see my characters. Cant see interface. Cant enter in game)

happened to me too. i kept relogging/quitting and i finally got it to work. i just left blank screen running for about 5 or so mins and things started slowly loading in (creat character button/etc at bottom, then characters).

My characters are all gone and I'm forced to the create a character screen? Did they just restart my account???

It's just a graphic bug from what I understand. Like it didn't finish loading and is stuck. I'm not sure why this occurring, as I have no expertise on the subject, but try logging in and out a few times. If push comes to shove, re-install.

Your account is fine. There is more than one thread about this. I just have no idea what exactly causes or fixes it

So can I just go ahead and try to create a character? Will this action worsen the situation and result in character un-retrievable?

Since I haven't personally experienced it myself, I have no idea what will happen. But make a ticket and wait for someone to give you an answer is my best suggestion

Thx a lot for your advice have send in a ticket for more than 12hours but there was no reply from them.

Whats the hold up guys? please fix this problem asap. Many have this problem and many tickets has been submitted and still situation is same. We were hoping that last maintenance would fix it, but it hasnt.
Can you work hard a little more on this? Many are missing Colosseum blood points, raids etc. And teams that they go raids are also in jeopardy.

You shouldnt just focus on putting up cash items only, but also fixing bugs like these. (not simple graphic bugs).

We left asiasoft RO2 due to lack of management and fixing bugs. And it s 3 dead servers there now. IF you dont work on these bugs, same will happen here also. This is a team game. many players come here to play as a group. If one leaves many will leave.

Satisfying one customer will gain you 10 more new costumers. Dissatisfying one will loose 1000 customers.

As for me,　i dont mind to pay(actually i spend a lot) for a game which is really worth to play like this one. And so do many others. We support the game 100%, and we strongly expect the same from your end too.

Please fix this soon.

please check log at monday, june 3, around 8pm - 10pm PDT >>> IGN Nympheral (Class Knight)

last position is in bapho final room (hard mode), he tried to change char (to IGN Nymphdora Class ranger >>> his name is on the list in hall of honor, http://www.playragna...honor-article/4 )
but it looks like he got stuck and need to exit client, after he login back, he go straight to char creation page as if all his char never exist

2 different account get this bug, Nymphdora / Nympheral account and Pacifier account (only know their IGN and they go to colo in monday)

please check log (they got this problem, after login go straight to char creation page, their char completely gone)

this 2 people doesn't exist anymore i tried to add their IGN pacifier and nymphdora but it said that character name doesn't exist .

yep, this is the bug that they get (all char in account went missing)
GM must resolve this issue fast

We were on PVE (N) and it became lag so I quit then when I logged in, I dont see my characters...
