I was unable to obtain a founder's title coupon ingame. if anyone can help or if it is possible to get in touch with a gm please help me.

Have you checked your items claim box? It is the menu button that looks like a yellow preset wrapped with a red bow.

i have checked that under the events tab but there is nothing. i will check again tomorrow after the patch has been done.

The patch will be done today. In about 30 minutes I think?

My boyfriend had to submit a ticket, he is missing his titles also. Everyone else in the guild got theirs.

I got most of them but not all.

I played more than 60 hours and only got 1 title. I have submited a ticket...

i still do not have mine. how does one open a ticket? is it done in-game?

Any GM please? We need any words from you. Is this situation being solved? Is this a general problem?? Are you still sending the titles?? We must have a response. Leveled to 30 and spent more than 60 hours for only 1 title?? Where are the rest?

Anyone still following this post, issue has been resolved. Everyone was given the founder's title, has level restriction of being above 40 to use.

it should be inside the little gift box at the bottom left of your screen under the events tab. if it's not there then i guess you will have to wait for a gm's response.
