Does Poison Arrow's DoT work with Sharp Shooting's Weakness Exposed effect?
If so, does the change take place immediately? For example, If I shoot Poison Arrow, then Sharp Shooting will the monster take .5% to 1.5%, depending on level, from each tick after the Sharp Shooting has hit?
If not, does that mean I have to shoot a Poison Arrow everytime after I shoot a Sharp Shooting?

I'm not sure, since sharp shooting at any level is not that significant, but I think so. There is really no point in leveling sharp shooting to max.

Easy way to test...Use Poison arrow, note the dmg it says. use sharp shooting, then use poison arrow. note any difference. you have your answer.
one thing i can answer you though is that it doesnt take an immediate effect. the buffs you have on before you shoot poison arrow will effect the poison arrow dmg, the poison arrow dmg will still be going off the buffed rates even after those buffs run off. but if you shoot poison arrow and then get buffed, the future poison arrow ticks will not do extra dmg. same thing holds true for sharp shootings debuff.
