Hello again,i get 2 titles founder,one for my rogue lv48,and another for my hunter,to which only I have created, not only went up a level,but i quit the storage temporaly the title and when i want use,i see level required 40....
Good,one friend,Azeli in the game,get two titles too,but one is for high level and the other title is for another character in a lower level,and has been used with a low level character,and me not,why?

Because your friend used the title on June 4. Game changed to Level 40 on June 5 update
