What are the top end game Wizard rods available right now and how do you get them?

Right now the best rod you can get is the Colosseum rod, which costs around 750k blood points. Next best would be the rods from the raids, dropped mostly by Baphomet as far as I know. The normal difficulty rod is a lot worse then the Colosseum rod though.
There's also the crafted purple rod, which I believe has lower stats then the Colosseum rod, but has a higher Haste bonus if you're going for an all-out haste build.

Correct, the colo rod is the best one atm, until CoA comes out. It has both haste and vigor.
After the Colo Rod comes the Baph H rod, which drops directly from him, also has haste/vigor.
Right next to the Baph H Rod is the Dark Valk Weapon (crafted), altough it has only one of both stats, haste or vigor (i think there are 2 different versions, like tank/dmg warri sword)
And well, after this is the Normal Mode Rod followed by the Dark Apostle Rod, same thing like the other crafted one.
