For Knight Tank, 41/41 Str/Vit, or 29/50 Str/Vit?

but of the ones you listed, 41 str / 41 vit for the parry from str

Agi, Str, Int is the correct option.
All costume slots runed with AGI and cards with high INT and AGI.
STR & VIT are plentiful on your regular pieces.
Also consider colo INT accessories.

We don't even know if the user plans on taking battle tactics.
The idea is to spread out your stats to get the most out of stat points.

Gear with str\vit is a must for tanking imo, str for parry and dmg, and vit formore hp.
Runes are usually str,agi,vit can't really go wrong with those
Cards: scratch thief, or coa card set
At the enf of the day, as long as you have a full colo set, and are competent you can,t really screw up basic tanking on a knight.
