there are 4 builds in general for K/O classes.... magic, throwing, and 2 different hybrids...

i can see a few issues with that build... but the question is what is your end goal? PVP? MVP? WOE? PVM? 2 of the skills you chose only work in PVP/WoE (shadow trampling and Empty Shadow)... bewitch is an iffy skill and only good if you use it very carefully.... by only having fire magic you limit the enemies you can use magic on... without knowing your gears and stats its hard to say how well any of these skills will work out for you on an individual basis...

I plan my build to MvP and PvP .......... And so I think it can do on WoE and PvM too ......... with
Str : 90+
Agi : 1
Vit : ~
Int : 90+
Dex: 100
Luck: 30
Is it good enough ??

pure throw builds are capable for MVP and PVP, Pure Magic Builds are very squishy, Magic Humma hybrids can do well in both PVP and MVP, and BLC Hybrids also are good for PVP and MVPs... Magic has the problem with not being able to deal decent AoE damage and has no earth magic (good luck killing wind MVPs)... Ninja magic is a kinda a joke in PVP with all the reduction gears people use now... you will definitly want good amount of VIT because ninja classes already have horrible HP to begin with...
