Start a "Financing Company" for verified accounts..
Like, you can offer financing with interest of... say, 5% per months, with installments per week.
So the ones interested of getting your financial help (such as for capital for bourg/ artisan, or as capital for mage/champ farmers), should verify their accounts so you can THEN run a feasibility studies either to fund them or not ;p

As to how to verified those accounts over the internet... well I can think of several things but really, none are fool proof. You can try make them send you Application Form including their name and address and phone number, or asking their real (active) FB accounts with a throughly wall inspection (not a GAME account, for instance).. Hmmm. Nah, not good enough.

Moving on! You can make a kind of a Secret Society which only sellected few can be member of it. Only the most active and or most credible or most trusted people or even the richest ever alive at rose with good reputation. And what is this Society do? Depending on your creativity, really. For instance, you can hold an auction at fountain every few days, auctioning cool stuff you don't need anymore starting from a relatively low zulies.

Or, you can make a Door Prize Lottery Coupon. I said COUPON, but actually there are no physical evidence in this, only words and trust taking big part here. You can hold the door prize at the same time with the auction. Beforehand, in preparation like maybe within one hour, you should sell a number between one to (say), fifty to 50 people that's want to join/ participate in the doorprize. Say, you sell each number for i.e 100,000 zulies (depending on the prize, the more expensive the prize is, the more expensive the coupon price), and you take note on each of their chosen numbers. When drawing winners, use MicrosoftExcel to generate random number (use the =randbetween command) and the winners should get the promised goods!! (if the number owner not present, keep calling until it actually hit somebody's number). It's up to you if you want to profit on this or just doing it for fun (or helping people).

Or you can form an Investigation Agency to recruit the most Trusted and Hardworker Newbies (no moneyleecher, no beggars,nbo bad seeds), to be funded and nurtured until they're "ready".

Or you can make a Ruins Watch Squad consisting of the best PvP players out there, especially to keep eyes on PK-er at Ruins (such as from a certain clan - which we all know without having to be said out loud). The benefit about being the Ruins Watch Squad is that theyâ??re getting paid for monitoring (and beating those PK-er, and constantly on guard using whisper mode to monitor which PK-er off line and then online again). Who pay them to work 24/7? Itâ??s YOU! And what good it does you? I donâ??t know lol. Being a Ruins owner maybe? Thatâ??s pretty cool.

Or, you can buy a million teletickets and sell them for like 50,000 zulies each to shake up the market. (A poor player like me prefer to drive each time to ruins than having to agree with such ridiculous price for a single ticket!!!)

OR, of course, if you donâ??t like any of my ideas aboveâ?¦ there's always another way to get rid of the billions and still can make you earn something real out of it ;p which I leave it for you to figure it out.
