     6. Whisper of Little Devil Set (until Aug. 21st)

         Condition: Wearing Baby Devil's Horn + Wing's of Fallen Angel gives Haste Rate, Vigor Rate, Critical Rate 2% increase, Hit Rate 4% increase

 

no offense but this is completely pay2win. It's like a passive 1/2 Pump It Up + 1/2 Explorer Concentration, how sad... I'm not sure if you guys realize just how good 2% crit and 4% hit are?

 

not only that, but it's time-limited, so it's useless to invest in unless you're a cash user. The staff keeps staying that they're trying "SO HARD" to not make this pay2win, but this change isn't really saying that at all.

 

If you're going to do this crap, then:

1) Make the stats permanent or

2) not do this crap at all

 

Everything in the patch was completely fine until this

The Noel race is currently aimed for release some time in September.

I meant passive lol yeah, it's fine to give stats to the flavor of the month. I'm completely fine with tux giving +10 stats and +10 runes, because those are permanent

 

but crit & HIT? HIT is the one of the biggest problems for raids when it comes to DPS right now, and you wanna solve everyone's HIT problems by adding some retarded costume?

 

Basically, people already dump zeny into monthly things for Kafra Items. I buy VIPs, tons of explorer packs for raids, etc.

 

Now I have to spend like 30k zeny EVERY MONTH to keep up with these pay2win stats? no offense, that's pretty stupid

Do we really need 2nd Tier Colo item? Right Now Colo item are better than any Raid Item save MAYBE Abadonn of Despair that is not implemented yet.

I think Raid gear should be the best in the game Colo should only be good for pvp

I was under the impression that the CoA Hard Mode gear set is slightly better than Colo gear. :hmm:

I don't think you understand how "increases" work in this game. If it's the same as every other crit/hit/vigor/dodge/parry/defense rate "increase" then it's only a % increase to your current stats.

 

So if you have ~25% crit then it's 2% increase to that 25%.

And Zanbee specifically said increases rate, which is a flat increase in-game (which would make this 30 day set pretty OP)

 

 

@_@  so complicated. heh .. but nevertheless, doesn't seem to be anything so tragic as to squeal pay2win on it lmao. 

 

not sure if you understand just how good 4% hit is... it's not replaceable with better gear...

Aesthetically? Sure. CoA is way easy for the eyes than Colo (IMHO).

But so far Colo stuff are better than anything save MAYBE (I've no found any data for them) AoD stuff.

WoE BP deducted when killed? oh man BM are already having allot of trouble in Colo now no BM can even collect BP due to low burst damage and the fury strike bug when the damage dealt to target are ignored if other player use a higher damage skill on the same target which make Class with skill damage like Fury strike of a BM our main dps skill useless in Colo and pvp. most player like wiz sorc, only wait for last hit while BM strugle to get a single kill. hope BM somehow gets fixed, we do have high HP and life steal but because other Class have buffs we cannot hit them so life steal is pointless nor any other skills, Priest heals like hell and can daamage.. bleed debuff should make healing 50% lesser and that is how most games are, our main bread and butter skill does 200 damage while other class like monk does 2x damage.... they too have high hp and high damage. now tell me if this is fair?
