20. Blood Points Won/Lost if you Kill/Die in WoE are scaled too high.

UPDATE: We will refund Blood Points lose after regular maintenance and before the emergency maintenance at 7pm PDT. We can refund them during the next Wednesday maintenance. We will not remove earned blood points during that time, just refund lost blood points.

 

 

 

 

 

 

This should not refrain anyone from going , support your guild and do it for fun.

I was actually the one at the Gate killing it while everyone else was around us waiting for it to go down.

So I'm guessing there's no more BP refunds? Because I don't think I am willing to do WoE if it means I'm going to be spawn camped every time. I lost 12k BP without even being able to get out of the gate area, either by cannon or by groups of people just waiting. Either way, it's not fun/profitable for the smaller guilds as it is. At least add an area where players can't deal/take damage to fix the camping issue. That way people will get a chance to see their situation and decide what is best for themselves.

Lack of Maturity for that sort of guild.

It's like they're priest who reset Rock band in CoA to bug Bokari then we can kill without bug and say all my guild are low hp hahaha... (Earl Grey mentality over 9000) Kicked him and down the boss with only 1 priest :')

Can we get no BP loss and half the BP gained? I think more people would participate. It's sad no one wants to play because the loss for them is just too great. It feels like a wasted event now.

I'm fairly confident I'll pass until the spawn camping is addressed.  It's a major turn off.

Thats still just as bad as before. Stirpping a new players bp earned from colo is stupid. -_- stripping any ones BP earned from anything is stupid.

 

It should be .5% gain and .4% loss

 

Makes it fair. So players that can manage to get more kills then deaths can earn a bit even if they die a few times.

 

This is how it needs to be done if you want it to be appealing to your customers!

@OP seriously hope you are not part of the portal/spawn camping lamers that have made many I talked to say its no go till this is fixed.

also.. after the 7pm "emergency maint" to "fix" the bp issue people still got portal camped.. 1 death = 10 wins there to make up for it..

also loss of bp since said "fix" is not refundable unless they change their minds.

and even if they refunded all bp lost til they sort it out.. why would anyone in their right mind feed a bunch of lamers?


still not worth the time or trouble... unless of course you are a portal/spawn camper

Since not everyone reads the WoE forums, here's my suggestion for BP in WoE.

With regards to blood points, how about 0% loss and gain when you kill someone, but when a party takes over a point, that party gets a significant amount of points. And if you take over the castle, a huge amount for the party/raid that took over castle with 10% of that distributed to other members of that guild that participated.

Farming monsters for BP? I don't care about that. My suggestion is aimed to discourage spawn campers from farming BP off people, help people who want to participate in WoE to participate without worries of loss of BP, and give an incentive for groups to take over points other than for buffs. The BP from castle takeover is just a nice bonus for the guild and raid/party that managed to capture it. While not everyone can capture the castle, every guild with sufficient numbers and power should be able to at least kill some guardians and capture points.
