As a VIP, the 'VIP Services' NPC gave me a 30 min exp * 3 buff and allowed me to teleport to some leveling areas, but when the buff's over, I just got the message 'hope you enjoy the service' from him again and again.
So is there anything I can do to get the buff again or it needs some other things like magical stones or zeny?

On classic this was originally put in as a one time buff to make up for VIP not working when the server was originally set up.

Make the buff usable each month or week maybe?

They should put a cool down timer on it, and have it only work when your under vip. I suggest once a month.

Why do we have VIP anyways if the only thing we get with it is the stupid exp bonus. We want some benefits for VIP!!!!!!
