Between these two cards at least.
1)Deviling Card
2)Ghostring Card
Also, by how much is one better than the other? Any accurate help is appreciated

Ghostring. Reduces the entire damage by 30%
Deviling only reduces a portion of it, and only if the sura doesn't use any kind of elemental converter. If they convert it, it actually does MORE damage to you.

Where did you get this info?

It's absolutely 100% true.

You can judge the damage yourself. I think GR can reduce the ATK part but can't do anything with the HP part damage of GOH, even if you do convert it.

No, GR reduces the whole damage.
DR only reduces the reducable portion(the atk part) but if they endow GOH it actually AMP it

hmmm, thats weird. I must be thinking that GOH damage is constant. I was actually surprised it only reduced 30% assuming that its the only one that treats GOH as forced neutral.

Assuming the sura is not using any type of converter, will the damage still be generally lower then ghostring?
Posted 25 July 2013 - 10:09 AM
DR gives 50% neutral reduction so I would say it gives more reducs on the ATK part but if he's low HP well that's a different story

That's a gamble you don't want to take.
Posted 25 July 2013 - 10:26 AM
Yea sounds like a real gamble, especially with the possibility that they actually do endow. (which btw, do sura actually endow often?)
Posted 25 July 2013 - 10:43 AM
probably not as often as they should, considering you can lose it via weapon change/dispel/weakness/etc

When I played Sura I was always enjoyed unless my GoH went off mid-dispel.

Wind is a popular endow.
