I hate when the GMs don't put notices of events like this on the forums :-/

 

The main site's UI is sufficiently unpleasant that most people will do whatever they can to minimize their contact with it. 

 

Images not there because the ones the GMs put them up in BMP format which the forums won't even let mods reference.

 

[The Summer Gear Box] gives a random headgear from the following list at random. The box is account bound, but the items inside can be freely traded and vended. The boxes will be distributed on Renewal through Code The Redeemer after the event has concluded.

Fidelity Necklace

A collar symbolizing a close relationship. AGI + 2. When equipped with a Black Shiba Inu Hat, while attacking has a low chance to increase Attack by an additional 30 for 5 seconds. Refine rate of the headgear increases the chance that the additional attack power is activated. Decrease 3% of damage received from animal monster.

Because insects were sick of being eaten by droseras so they started to revolt against them, evolving with anti-drosera abilities, thus you get hurt more from them.

They created those cute headgears to attract ppl to buy them. It's part of the profit strategy that most of the business men are using. Most of the ppl/rich ppl will just buy something that is cute like dolls/souvenirs and not use them

Wanderers run around in lingerie and wield a whip as their primary weapon.  The collar would just be the icing on the giant inappropriate joke cake that is the entire female performer progression.

I didn't notice how terrible it was either when I first started playing my Dancer, way back when they were first released.  A friend of mine made a comment about it and insisted that I needed a Boy's Cap for her.

 

Though to be fair, if I remember correctly we had just marathoned all of Sorcerer Hunters...

I think its a good deal, considering the summer equipment box will probably be around 1000kp when released, like previous hat boxes.
