rate kept bringing up keyboards when the topic was about mouse buttons and so was unclear... then he got mean when the OP couldnt understand...

I Use the /q2 command already and that is very useful...I currently have Dragon Breathe/Frenzy on F7 and IB on F8

If you play the other games A LOT go ahead and get the Naga

 

However if this is just for iRO, you can probably get away with getting something A LOT cheaper, such as a Logitech G400.  You can already bind 3 keys to your mouse, and can get another 2 keys with the G400, allowing for up to 5 hotkeys just on your mouse alone.

 

Also, I would be careful playing with keybindings, a lot of mice have the ability to make a button "auto" fire, or you can put several commands to a button on a delay ( for example your fly wing button, then have a .5/1s delay on your heat skill button )  set to one of your gaming buttons. I am not sure how Warpportal looks at this.

Oh I do play other games besides RO...And it would be mainly for skills and etc because after awhile having my wrist arched kinda kills it after awhile...I'm most people have that same probably
