When can our level 25 alts leave the guild and still receive the cape?

I have a good question. The event page says: "Only one cape will be given per eligible account."

Now thing is, there have been some players who have put their alts in a friend's guild to help buffer the count up to 100.

 

So the question, how will you determine what cape the player will receive if they have characters in multiple guilds?? The event rules never stated alts weren't allowed to be used, and if you give players multiple capes for each guild each character is in or give a player the wrong guild's cape if you only give one, it would cause problems.

give guild capes +500hp. other then guild pride they are only good for looks. we worked are (insert)s off and all we get is a Emblem cape.....
