So .. everything is fine (installation, patching, etc.). After patch finishes, I proceed to click start .. and this shows after couple seconds of loading:

The above error shows up twice, but with different "view problem details"

I have tried the following:
- reinstalling both gateway and DS (many times)
- redownloaded the installation files from diff sources (gateway, torrent, etc.) and then do a new install
- installing in a different directory .. as program files sometimes cause issues for vista
- turning off programs when opening game (virus, firewall, other programs that may conflict etc.)
- run game as admin/compatibility mode

Version: Service Pack 2
System Type: 64-bit
Processor: Intel Core 2 Duo CPU T6400 @ 2.00GHz
Ram: 4GB
Display: Intel 4 Series Express Chipset Family

Some notes/comments:
- i really doubt it is due to my computer specs. though it may be below requirement for some areas, i should still be able to run it .. just gonna lag a lot thats it
- i have tried downloading another WarpPortal game (Rose) and tried running it just to see if the problem was due to Gateway. however, i was able to run Rose Online just fine with no problems
- i have never had problems playing Dragonica before. not on thq, not on iah, not on *private server* (sorry for mentioning that) so i am not sure why i am having issues with you guys

If you still have the install file what I suggest is uninstalling the game and reinstalling it.

Something got corrupted and is now causing the error message you get.

And i just reinstalled it AGAIN today before getting the new patch. But because you have suggested so, I will do it one more time..though I really doubt it will work.

EDIT: as expected, reinstalling did not work. i think the error resides in nmcogame.dll. do you think you could provide a download just for that file? if not, any other suggestions as to how i can fix this?

so after days (literally) of trial and error, i somehow finally got it to work. thread can be closed now. thanks!

EDIT: looks like that was only a temporary fix, because the same error is popping up now again. however, if you guys could provide manual patching then i think i am able to bypass the error. (i have already suggested manual patching under the proposal section)

i get a messege telling me excute on gateway and the start button page disappears and on other trys i get a Japanese messege i reinstalled gateway but nothing >.<
