I missed this last year. Is it possible to re-enchant the first slot on a pendant/ring if it's not slotted? I have a horrible one on mine, but don't wanna make a new pendant just for better first slot. And if not can it be made possible? I'd actually buy tickets if I could get rid of my first enchant slot.

will the last batch of UGC airship capt hats also be distributed with this maintenance? I redeemed some UGC cards a week b4 july 31, so they should still qualify for the promotion.
