I've just tested all the skins on this topic and they all have the same issues: the Skill Bar, Stats Bar and Basic Information Bar do not apply their intended skins. I would guess the iRO client changed the name association to those since the last known update of the topic, 2021.
If anyone with knowledge could tell me what the new correct names for those bars are, I will manually update the ones that I want to use.

This is the most complete skin I've ever seen. Every single button and everything. Even options and guides within the folder.
Any chance you got more skins? Or this one in different colors? I'd love a gray scribbling kid skin.

Thank you, I'm really glad you liked my modification of the Scribbling Kid!
I have another skin almost finished (blue/winter) and two more barely started (orange-purple and gray). But, unfortunately, I haven't had time for it for over a year.
Last year, some RO servers (like JRO) made it possible to replace some menu elements that hadn't changed before. New UI elements were also added. So even the Scribbling Kid needs an update.
Perhaps I'll be able to resume working on skins in the second half of this year.
