tl, omg I got tired writing this! So I am gonna stop here. xD Nice discussing but ultimately it's up to the GMs to decide if they will do it. Again these are just my opinions.. >.< Take it or leave it. ^_^; Sorry if I offend.

I wasn't doing any kind of pissing game or what not so if you took it offensively, I'm sorry. 

 

The more discussing we do, more that GM will be aware of the situation imo. So it's good to keep discussion like this to encourage them to acknowledge the problem we're facing as a users.

imma say no to +10 certs... gears dont break enough as is...

The supply of +10 certs has a negligible effect on gears breaking.

Ok the topic of the debate wasn't to be a "Dr. Azzy support thread"

 

The fact that I did point out a situation where Fier did further explain and I did explain had a just cause. I didn't put this up for votes. If you wanted to put Doc there for president be my guest but it has nothing to do with the topic. For the other readers watching, if you agree with Doc just put a +1 on his post. Please post something relevant and related to the subject  and not one word / liners.

 

It is kinda upsetting though to see that if you really wanted to upgrade something from +9 to +10 and spending nearly 120-140 topup and finding that each safety cert that you did in fact used fails at an alarming rate. Now, I got into deciding wether or not that I wanted to get a safe to +10 cert or try using HD ores in order to achieve 10. The gear that I was trying to up nearly flat lined.. I spent maybe about 10-12 mil per box of HD to have at least 200 and the results only made just go thru a roller coaster effect. Some people claimed that it had to deal with the item already being carded, most said it was luck of the char being played. I want to know what the real issue is with the HD ores since enrich is starting to be a better staple than HD thru enriched hammer and with mighty hammer being the trollsmith giving an 80% chance to fail. As mentioned I would like to see a better implementation on the 10 certs... reguearding the ores.. well.. I dunno I kinda don't like to struggle a hard gamble knowing that its been done enough more than once and ending up bankrupt due to ores.

add in more +10 cert but make +10 and above gears accound bound by default

 

 

 

edit: by doing this, no need for noob newbie to quit the game so early without able to catch up and no pro(?) veteran can kill the market. +14mvp carded weapon? yeah, keep it yourself

That kinda defeats the purpose of having circulation of the items.. and or people trying to market for themselves... lets say that you made a +10 item and wanted to sell it off. How would you be able to profit for yourself if you were to have the +10 item account bounded. Afaik... mvp carded item would be a bit useless for the holder if per se the one that may have hunted another one gets another card. I would assume that doesn't make any kind of sense. 

 

Should the person be a newbie.. or a returning player I doubt that changes the fact there should be more 10 cert revolving + better results/succession. Would make a bit more sense if vip had a better succession rate for +10 certs. I would assume that if by chance that any/all VIP made account would have a better rate with the +10 cert and probably anyone that doesn't have a VIP would have a lower chance. This doesn't discriminate from new player or returning. 

 

Lets say from this point forward where the cards have effects that 'requires' you to refine to 'x' upgrade level whats the use of having the card implementation if the standards are far above normal or increasingly risky to achieve? Thats either a huge barter for ores and putting people into gambling binges.

Well sir, you can try to improve the value of your house by building additions on it, which will cost you money. Though, once those additions are put on, you're never allowed to sell your house, so improving it is really fruitless.
