Rangers are a pretty standard part of any TI party... people wouldn't "R> rangers/aoe" in their chats if this wasn't the case. It's obvious their high burst AOE damage without having to be stringed makes them the top killer for TI parties. Lately there have probably been more decent warlock killers with the new custom class hats. Really don't need to get into these kinds of debates again though.
This weeks high TI is the worst ever, please change map next week

Lets see what rangers have that outbeats every class for some reason....
- Mount, Bird or Warg... check
- Range Attack or AoE (Arrow Shot, Trap bomber, wargs, birds)... check
- improve concentration... no pots needed... check
- camouflage (stealth capability)... check
- high flee / aspd..... check
- flee tanking (incl. windwalk).... check
- elemental atk (arrows, bows)... check
I think they have stolen or melded every type of skill for this matter.. minus the fact that they don't have much str. I don't believe they can carry limitless items unless they have something like a kaf card or a means to carry it on their warg somehow with like a surplus bag. It kinda takes away or cancels out anything that was 'balanced' as said in the patch references or um stuff that is current;y implemented in renewal

do you like this week's ti map? its Comodo Dungeon ! and you can level fast without grinding just fine. people are just too accustomed to expect better and better from ti.

Sura and a ranger did it in 20 mins. Stop being bad and maybe get some better gears and you wont do 8k cart cannons. Even with a crappy weapon you should be doing 15k or so non converted. And you want a -_-ty map for high TI? Try a very open field like the south pront map then bitch all you want. Its either its too mobby or not mobby enough. I wanna smack all you whiners and complainers so hard that your going to feel extreme discomfort.
Well like what he said I go on my ranger and leo plays our sura all I d is como walk around he snaps cc mob as move on easy to do that way but should look at stats if you are taking 10 cc to kill mob need dex int str for gen FYI

The only reason Ranger is top tier for turn ins is that their aoe has the following features: large size, front loaded damage, easily manipulated elements, and large damage modifier. Other area of effect skills do not have all of those features; they meet some of them. For example warlock skills have the large area and high damage but lack element flexibility. Another example is the performer severe rainstorm or the genetic cart cannon, which deal good damage overtime but the damage is not front loaded so a ranger will beat them to the kill.

2 classes that gravity doesnt give a flying -_- about and will only nerf, yet never upgrade in anyway. at this point they should just get rid of the ensemble requirements since theyve destroyed the wanderer class. noone is gonna play that crap

Gravity did updated wanderer/Minstrel in terms of PvM. they now do 6k~16k per hit with SR and 5k~7k Arrow Shower. bypasses Ranger in total dmg by far. with much reduced cooldown. Once we get Killer Mantis fixed, and get GH instance, wonderer/minstrel will shine a bit more.
