Is it worth having a +9 Tooth Blade [1]   All I know it's a level 4 weapons and supposedly level 4 weapons are "OP"

 

Seriously, this game needs serious updates and better item descriptions; sometimes information can be misleading that no one knows wtf is going on.

The item description for the tooth blade in iRO says "Has a certain chance of increasing the Cast Time of all enemies in a 5*5 cell area by 20%; it increases to 11*11 with 40% if upgraded to +9"

And on iW Database the item description says:

• Adds a 5% chance of using [Slow Cast] Lv 1 when doing a physical attack.
• If upgraded to +9 or higher, casts lv 2 with a 7% chance instead.

so what the hell is it?

I dont know, that's what I want to find out. What good is its' use for and how that item works because reading the description from a database and from the game they say two different things completely; so I dont know what it does or what its specs are.

Both description is right. [Slow Cast] is what flipped you probably. iRo Database just have the proc percentage instead of saying higher chance.

Actually, they're acurrate, except iRO says it without the proc chances.

Generally, in-game item descriptions are the way to go for accuracy.

Don't make jokes like that, some newbies might not realize you're being sarcastic. 

 

RO is notorious for inaccurate descriptions in-game. Even the stat window lies.
